From the family

We started Marinel to build a cleaning company we would be proud to put our own name on.

Every property we touch is treated the way we would want our own home treated: arrive when we said, do exactly what we promised, and never leave until it has been checked. It's a simple standard. We just never lower it.

For properties that have to impress on the first look

We work with the people who hand over keys: developers, managers, hosts and owners who can't afford a second impression.

Developers and builders

Units cleaned to snag-free standard, ready for buyer viewings and handover day.

  • New-build properties
  • Renovated properties

Property managers and agents

Reliable turnarounds between tenancies, with a report you can forward to the owner.

  • Professionally managed residences
  • Premium rentals

Premium homeowners

Discreet, recurring care for houses and apartments that deserve more than a standard clean.

  • Premium houses
  • Premium apartments

Most cleaners clean. We hand over.

A property that looks clean and a property that's ready to hand over are not the same thing. Here's the difference.

Topic
A typical cleaning company
Marinel
Arrival
A time window, if you're lucky
A confirmed arrival and finish time
Who turns up
Whoever is free that day
A trained, uniformed team working to one written standard
How it's checked

Proof

If something's missed
Book, and pay for, another clean
We come back and fix it at no charge

Watch a Marinel check.

Every job ends the same way: a supervisor walks the property against 42 checks before anyone calls it finished. This is what that looks like.

Ready to start

    November and December

    Guest-ready for Christmas.

A top-to-bottom clean before family arrives or guests check in: kitchen and oven, bathrooms, glass and floors, beds dressed and the house presented. December dates go first, so book early.

    The Marinel System

Every job follows the same five steps, so the result doesn't depend on who turns up that day.

    1. 1

      Clean

A full clean of every room, top to bottom, to our written room-by-room standard.

    2. 2

      Detail

The second pass: edges, fixtures, glass and the corners a quick clean misses.

    3. 3

      Inspect

A supervisor walks the property against the Marinel checklist before we call it done.

    4. 4

      Document

Photos of every room and a signed checklist, sent to you the same day.

    5. 5

      Present

Lights set, beds dressed, blinds level. The property is ready for its first look.

    The finish is the job.

Anyone can clean a property. We finish it, check it, and prove it.

    Give it the Marinel finish.

Building dust, fingerprints, water marks: every property arrives with a film on it. Drag across the glass to clear it. On site we do it by hand, check it against 42 points and photograph the result.

    0% finished

A serviced apartment bedroom presented to hotel standard: white linen, folded towels and a navy headboard, with a view over the water
A Marinel team in uniform caring for a bright living room: dusting shelves, wiping a marble table, cleaning the glass and vacuuming the rug

    Small teams. One standard.

Marinel teams are small on purpose. Everyone is trained to the same written standard, room by room, so the finish doesn't depend on who turns up that day. One cleans, one details, and nobody leaves until it has been checked.

    How we work
Two Marinel team members in uniform detailing a marble bathroom: one polishing the mirror, one polishing the chrome tap

    The Marinel Promise

Your time and your property are never taken for granted. That's why, on every job, we will always:

A Marinel team of four in uniform arriving at an apartment building, carrying a vacuum, mop and kit bags
    1. IGive you a fixed arrival and finish time, not a vague window. On time means ten minutes early.
    2. IITreat your property with care: shoe covers on at the door, floors protected, everything put back where it was.
    3. IIICheck every room against the Marinel Standard before we call it finished.
    4. IVLeave the property ready for its first look, and come back within 24 hours if it isn't.

The uniform is part of the service.

Navy, the gold star and a name you can read. When a Marinel team arrives, you know exactly who is in your property, and they look like they belong in it.

Marinel everyday uniform: navy short-sleeve overall with gold star, name badge and navy cap
    EverydayShort-sleeve overall, cap, name badge
Marinel client-facing uniform: white shirt with gold star, navy cargo trousers and navy cap

    Questions before you book

    Are you insured?

Yes. Marinel is fully insured for every job, on every property. We can send our insurance certificate with your quote, or to your site manager or managing agent before we start.

How much does a clean cost?

Every job gets a fixed price, agreed before we start. As a guide, a move-out clean of a two-bedroom apartment starts from €340, and you can see all our guide prices here. The final price depends on the size and condition of the property and the date you need it. Send us the details and we'll reply with your price, usually the same day.

Who will be in my property?

A small, trained Marinel team in full uniform. Everyone is background-checked and referenced before they join, and trained to the Marinel Standard before their first job. Wherever possible, you get the same team each time.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Yes. We bring professional equipment and products suited to each surface, including stone, timber and glass. If your building or client requires particular products, tell us and we'll use them.

How much notice do you need?

For handover cleans, 3 to 5 working days is ideal. Urgent job? Call or WhatsApp us: we often have next-day availability in Dublin.

Can you work with key safes, concierges and lockboxes?

Yes. Tell us how access works and we'll follow it. Keys are logged in and out, and the handover report confirms how the property was left and secured.

    Do you invoice companies?

Yes. We issue invoices for every job, and offer monthly invoicing for recurring and multi-property contracts.

What happens if something isn't right?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. The photo report makes it easy to see exactly what was done.

    Do you work outside Dublin?

Yes. We're based in Dublin and work across Ireland, including Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford. If you manage properties in several counties, ask us about multi-site contracts: one standard and one report format, wherever the property is.
